Weed is legal in Pittsfield, MA…right?

Yes, it is legal to purchase and consume cannabis across Massachusetts, including Pittsfield, MA.

How old must I be to purchase and consume cannabis in Massachusetts?

In Massachusetts, if you're 21 or over, you're legally permitted to purchase goods at a cannabis retailer. To prove your age, you'll need to show a valid government-issued ID. Acceptable identification includes any government-issued ID showing your age, such as your state driver's license, any U.S. identification card, military IDs, or passport. However temporary and/or expired IDs will not be accepted.

Can I visit more than one dispensary per day?

Absolutely! Feel free to try a number of dispensaries throughout the day - and yes, you're allowed to make purchases at each stop. Just keep in mind that there's a daily limit on how much you can buy. In short you can purchase up to one ounce of flower - or flower equivalent - each day, so if you pick up a half-ounce at the first store, you'll only be able to buy another half-ounce at your next stop. However do note that other limits apply to concentrates (5g) and edibles (500mg).

Getting here from Pittsfield

Our Lee MA dispensary is conveniently located on Route 20 (Laurel Street), just minutes from the Mass Pike / I-90 and Route 7. We have an extensive primary parking lot with 46 spaces as well as an accessible / ADA parking lot with 4 spaces. 

Heading eastbound on Route 20 through Lenox, our primary parking lot is located ~200 meters after the Lenox Town Beach (the first entrance on the right after crossing the Lenox/Lee town line).

For our accessible / ADA entrance, continue a further 100m past the main parking lot, turning right just after the circular Sweetgrass Botanicals roadside sign.
