First time at a MA marijuana dispensary? Here are the basics:
In Massachusetts, if you're 21 or over, you're legally permitted to purchase goods at a cannabis retailer. To prove your age, you'll need to show a valid government-issued ID with a photo, expiration date and a signature.
You are free to visit a number of dispensaries throughout the day and make purchases at each. However be mindful of the state’s daily purchase limit of up to one ounce of flower - or flower equivalent - each day. For example, if you pick up a half-ounce at the first store, you'll only be able to buy another half-ounce at your next stop. However do note that other limits apply to concentrates (5g) and edibles (500mg).
…and if I want to stay overnight?
If you plan to spend the night near our Lee MA dispensary, there are many charming options in the vicinity.
Literally next door to Sweetgrass is one of the best B&Bs in the Berkshires, The Lakehouse Inn, a gorgeous and recently-restored traditional inn set alongside Laurel Lake. Further down Laurel Street / Route 20 is The Black Swan Inn for a more traditional motel vibe (with a great Indian restaurant in the Lobby). Further afield you can find the Cornell Inn in neighboring Lenox, with a variety of different room styles spread out across a few historic buildings.
Are there other interesting things to see nearby?
Making the most of your time in the Berkshires is easy to do. Great restaurants abound - the authentic Indian food at Mint is complemented by serene lake views and is just half a mile up Route 20 from Sweetgrass. 51 Park in downtown Lee is just a few more minutes away, should a burger and a beer be more to your liking. We also love Alta for a great Mediterranean meal in downtown Lenox, just five minutes from Sweetgrass.

Tanglewood Performance Center, summer home of the Boston Symphony Orchestra;

Getting here from the Hudson Valley
It is under 90 minutes from most points in the Hudson Valley to Sweetgrass’ store in Lee. For most, the fastest route is along I-87 and I-90:
Via I-87:
Take I-87 North to Exit 21, the interchange with I-90
Take I-90E to Exit 10 (US-20/Lee)
Merge onto US-20W and drive five minutes, driving through downtown Lee and past Laurel Lake on your left
Just before the Lenox town line, you will see Sweetgrass Botanicals on your left, just past The Lakehouse Inn.
If you require accessible parking, please park at the lower entrance along Route 20, otherwise, our main parking lot is located ~200 meters after our main building
