Yael Flauder brings us a moment of deep relaxation for the mind and body in our private classroom upstairs from the dispensary, with a cozy fireplace and views overlooking Laurel Lake at sunset.
Rebozo is a traditional Mexican cotton cloth/scarf used to support women giving birth, and after the birth when they reclaim their body and close the energetic portals. Today we use this same technique to bring gentle reassurance and confidence to the body, relieve muscular tensions and provide a sensation of deep caring to those suffering grief, living though a transition closing a chapter or simply feeling insecure.
In this session, we will bring each other anchoring and grounding through the wrapping of this cloth around the body. No prior experience is needed. Just wear comfy clothes like for yoga or massage, a cushion or mat if you have one.
The session will be followed by a simple vegetarian meal and time to chat, ask Yael questions and watch night fall from the spacious deck. Drinks and food included in price!
$40 per person
